If you are courteous and you make a reasonable offer, I will consider it. When you make an offer, please indicate 1) which item you are making an offer on, 2) your offer MUST be in Cdn $ as that is what I list in, 3) indicate whether shipping is included in your offer, 4) what country you are in, and if in Canada - your postal code. I am more likely to consider a reasonable offer if you are purchasing more than one item or you have purchased from me before. Do your research, don't offer a fraction of the price that I'm asking as I have done my research. If you don't receive a response from me within 24 hours - I will not be responding. If you clicked on an offsite ad to find item - sorry, no. I do not respond to lowball offers.

Please review the listing and examine all the photos closely as photos are part of the listing. I do my best to explain and illustrate damage and wear to items through the text and / or the photos.

I will only provide a full refund if an item has been listed incorrectly. Items must be returned for a refund.

As I have no control over the length of delivery times, I will not refund for delayed delivery.

I will not refund if your mailing address is supplied incorrectly in your order.

If I do accept a return under other circumstances, only the cost of the item will be refunded, less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling is not refunded. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

Your order will ship from Canada.

VAT, other taxes, customs fees or any fee charged by your government or by your postal service to collect these taxes are not included in the purchase price. If they are applied, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay them. Please review and be aware of your country's import rules before you order.

If you purchase an item and it is returned to Glitz to Kitsch as unclaimed or refused, you will either need to purchase a new shipping label to resend your order to you or you have the option of a refund less the following: the original shipping fees you paid, any return shipping costs I paid, and a 20% restocking fee.

Under normal circumstances, delivery times within Canada and to the US is 5 to 15 *business* days depending on the shipping method. Normal international shipping times are 6 to 20 *business* days.

Poor weather, postal labour disputes, pandemics, civil unrest along with your country's customs and duty processing office can all *significantly* delay delivery. I do not guarantee delivery times unless you request and purchase express shipping with guaranteed delivery. If you wish a shipping upgrade, please contact me before purchasing and I will provide you with prices. Shipping times are *not* guaranteed and I will not refund for delayed delivery.

Please note that I do *not* offer "Free Shipping". On a variety of items, I do include shipping and handling within the price of the item, this is not "free" shipping. On international shipping, often shipping is partially included in the item price. If you are returning an item which has shipping fully or partially included in the item price, you will be refunded the item price less my shipping and handling costs and less a 20% restocking fee.

I will hold an item for 24 hours without a down payment. For holds up to 1 week, I require a minimum $5 nonrefundable deposit. The outstanding amount, which is the full price less the deposit plus any extra fees (e.g., listing, transaction, etc.) that I incur due to multiple transactions for a single item, will be due on the agreed upon date or the deposit will be forfeit. For longer holds, please contact me for arrangements.

Unless the listing expressly states that tracking is included, standard shipping does *not* include tracking. If you require tracking please request this ***before*** you order.

All items over 2 cm thick with packaging will ship within Canada via Expedited Parcel and includes tracking.

All items or combined orders over $35 US will be shipped with tracking to US and Canadian destination.

All items or combined orders over $75 US will only be shipped with tracking to international destinations. To many countries, options with tracking are limited and will be expensive.

I ship using Canada Post. For US destinations I also ship UPS Standard if the address is a nonPO Box address in the contiguous US and if it is the most economical option.

With orders over 500 g (approximately 1 lb) in weight, I can often ship to the US with UPS with tracking for almost same price if the destination is a UPS access point such as a UPS Store - please contact me before ordering if this is your preference and I will adjust before you order.

With calculated shipping, you can choose your shipping:

Small Packet - 1 kg limit (2 kg int), no tracking, no insurance.

Tracked Packet - 1 kg limit (2 kg int), incl. tracking and $100 Cdn insurance.

Expedited Parcel - up to and over 1 kg, incl. tracking, insurance over $100 Cdn available.

XpressPost - typically 2 to 3 day delivery time and typically guaranteed includes tracking, insurance over $100 Cdn available.

Small Packet - International Surface - economical shipping to non Canada and US destinations - shipping is 4 to 12 weeks. No tracking, no insurance.

International Parcel Surface - economical shipping larger parcels to non Canada and US destinations - shipping is 4 to 12 weeks. Includes tracking and insurance.

If your item arrives and the packaging is damaged in any way, take photos immediately before opening the parcel. If you discover once opening the package, that indeed your item has been damaged, you must clearly document the damage with photos. If your order was shipped via UPS, you can contact your local UPS carrier and initiate the claim yourself. Alternatively, and with Canada Post orders, please contact me immediately.
